A second suspect was charged Monday in connection with the November 2023 break-in of a Secret Service vehicle purportedly assigned to President Biden granddaughter Naomi Biden.

The unnamed 14-year-old was charge after being arrested a day earlier by Washington, D.C., police for an unrelated incident, according to news reports.

The first suspect, a 19-year-old, was arrested Feb. 7 and has been charged with "unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft from auto," according to documents obtained by The Washington Post.

The suspect has been identified as Robert Kemp.

The attempted robbery and carjacking took place on Nov. 12, 2023, in the city's Georgetown neighborhood and resulted in a Secret Service agent firing a weapon at the perpetrators.

Kemp was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
