Biden tests positive for COVID again on 6th day of re-infection
President continues to have very minimal symptoms, White House physician says.
President Joe Biden on Friday tested positive for COVID-19 again, the sixth time he has registered a positive result since the beginning of his "rebound infection" last week.
The president had previously recovered from a bout with COVID-19 in July before announcing a re-infection last Saturday. He has since tested positive every day since then, with the latest announcement coming from White House Physician Kevin O'Connor on Friday morning.
Biden “continues to feel very well," O'Connor wrote, adding that the president's “pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation remain entirely normal."
Biden "will continue his strict isolation measures," O'Connor said.
