President Donald Trump delivers remarks Wednesday afternoon at a reception honoring Black History Month at the White House. 

The event is taking place in the East Room and features leaders from the black community, who met with Trump earlier to "reflect on the administration’s ongoing efforts to expand economic opportunity, strengthen education, and promote justice for every American," according to a White House news release.
