A woman accused of photographing and filming jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial was arraigned in a Massachusetts court on Wednesday.

Dawn Light, 56, stands accused of filming and taking photos of the jury and entering a restricted area. She faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted and has pleaded not guilty, Fox News reported.

"The sanctity of the judicial system is at risk because of her actions," prosecutors stated. 

The Clancy case has attracted national attention and the defendant has gained an online following of supporters. Clancy stands accused of murdering her three children. She admits to the killings but has argued that she suffered from severe mental illness and should not be held criminally responsible.

Viral TikTok videos and other social media trends have erupted in support of Clancy, with many women rallying behind her as a feminist icon.
