Islamic foot wash stations will be installed inside the bathrooms at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation said.

The specialized plumbing fixtures, called Wudu ablution stations, are part of an Islamic ritual washing that's done before prayer.

The stations will be installed in existing concourse-level restrooms in Terminal D of the Dallas airport, one in the men's restroom and one in the women's restroom, Fox News reported

The project is privately funded and expected to cost around $300,000, according to documents filed with Texas regulators.
