The OCR is investigating the college over claims that it has not adequately responded to antisemitic propaganda on campus, which could be a violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Justice Department to address nationwide antisemitism with "Tour against Hate”
It’s Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism has launched a new “American Tour Against Hate,” led by its chair, Leo Terrell. AG Todd Blanche said the tour “is an important step in ensuring communities across the country know the federal government stands ready to work with them to confront antisemitic threats."
