Gov. Kristi Noem: SD girls' sports bill will be up against Democrat federal judges

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem says that her state legislature's bill to protect girls' sports should be the same as Tennessee's version and that all the federal judges in South Dakota were appointed by presidents Obama and Clinton.
