NATO chief “confident” Sweden will join alliance
Speaking at a press briefing Wednesday, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says he is “confident” Sweden will become a member of the European alliance, despite stalling from Turkey. Finland became the 31st member of the alliance Tuesday, reigniting calls for Ukraine to also receive membership.
