North Korea's suspected ICBM test fails, according to South Korean government source
North Korea's latest launch of its most powerful intercontinental ballistic missile failed Thursday morning. According to South Korean government sources, the ICBM failed during the separation of its second stage rocket and fell into Sea of Japan.
