Putin signs controversial anti-LGBTQ law
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a legislative package of amendments expanding and toughening punishment for activities viewed as LGBTQ propaganda promoting progressive values instead of traditional ones. Russia’s upper house of parliament approved the bill last Wednesday.
