Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon killed at least 11 people Saturday, including three children.

The attack has highlighted the fragility of the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah.

Seven people were killed when an Israeli strike hit a home near the village of Ansar, according to Lebanon’s Health Ministry and state media.

Three of those killed were children. Two others were initially reported wounded.

A separate Israeli strike on Deir al-Zahrani also caused casualties. Lebanon’s Health Ministry initially reported two deaths and nine injuries, but later reports said the number killed there had risen to four, bringing Saturday’s reported death toll to at least 11.
