Hans von Spakovsky: Impeachment trial after Trump leaves office is unconstitutional

Hans von Spakovsky, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, says that holding a Senate impeachment trial for a private citizen who is no longer in public office is unconstitutional and was what the Founding Fathers were trying to avoid after separating from England.
