Hours after threatening Iran on social media if the country didn't open up the Strait of Hormuz, Trump voiced more warnings for the country.

In an interview with Axios Sunday, Trump said that there's a "good chance" a deal with Iran will be had, but absent that, "I am blowing up everything over there."

In the interview, Trump said negotiations are going well, but the Iranians haven't allowed a final agreement to be reached. Trump has been holding the negotiations through Pakistan, Egypt and Turkey. In the interview, Trump said that the U.S. was close to an agreement to hold direct negotiations a few days ago, but Iran wanted five more days.

That's when Trump ordered the airstrike Wednesday on a bridge that connects Tehran, the capitol, with northern Iran.
