A group of African leaders is expected in Saint Petersburg in the coming hours for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Reportedly, their goal is to pitch their peace plan for Russia and Ukraine, a day after doing the same with President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv.
