Ex-Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Jake E. Lee sustained multiple gunshot wounds on Tuesday in a Las Vegas street shooting but is expected to recover.
The shooting appears to have been random in nature.
"As confirmed by management, legendary rock guitarist Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne, Badlands, Red Dragon Cartel) was shot multiple times early this morning in a Las Vegas, NV street shooting," his representative confirmed to Fox News.
He is "fully conscious" and expected to "fully recover," his representative continued.
Lee achieved fame in the mid-1980s as the guitarist for Osbourne, contributing to 1983's Bark at the Moon and 1986's The Ultimate Sin albums.
He later was a member of Badlands and is a member of Red Dragon Cartel.
