Four people killed in Kentucky mass shooting, police say
The suspect fled the scene in a car and was found with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
At least four people have been killed in a mass shooting in Florence, Kentucky, early Saturday morning, police say.
The shooting occurred at about 3 a.m. and police were called to the scene, according to Fox News.
As of now, four people have been confirmed dead, plus the lone suspect, and there are multiple injured.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene in a car, but crashed into a ditch while fleeing the police. He was found with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The Florence Police Department told a local Fox outlet that there is no current threat to the public.
As of now, the suspect and the victims have not been named.
