Man arrested for allegedly decapitating father, displaying head in anti-government YouTube rant

A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he posted a video on YouTube with what he claimed to be the severed head of his father, a federal employee, as he ranted against the federal government and declared himself president of the United States. 

The man, Justin Mohn, had posted the disturbing 14-minute video Tuesday on YouTube, where it remained on the platform for about six hours and received more than 5,000 views before being removed, as confirmed by Just the News. 

Pennsylvania's Middletown Township Police Department said Wednesday on Facebook that officers responded the previous day to a call about a deceased man in the Levittown section of the township. 

Law enforcement started investigating the incident as a homicide, and "determined that the victim’s adult son had left the home and taken his father’s vehicle." Officials identified the suspect as the son, Mohn, and brought him into custody in Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, which is a more than two-hour drive from Levittown.

"There is no longer any threat to the community, however this is an active and ongoing investigation," officials also said. 

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 2014, Mohn appears to have filed multiple lawsuits pro se, including one against his former employer, Progressive Insurance, for alleged sex discrimination.  He also filed at least four other cases against the federal government for $10 million for allegedly letting him borrow money "without advising him he may not find satisfactory work as an overeducated white man almost ten years later," per one of the rulings dismissing his case.

Additionally, Mohn appears to have self-published eight books on Amazon under titles such as "The Revolution Leader’s Survival Guide," "The Second Messiah" and "Poems I Wrote While Stoned." He also has made multiple albums, under titles such as "Justin's Stalkers" and "Cold War Waste Town."

While YouTube has removed Mohn's full rant, titled "Mohn's Militia - Call To Arms For American Patriots," portions of the video still remain available online.

In the video, Mohn holds up a severed head and identifies it as belonging to his father, Michael Mohn.

"He is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country," Justin Mohn says in the video about his father. 

He also claimed that the federal government "declared war" on U.S. citizens and that "America is rotting from the inside out as far-left woke mobs rampage our once prosperous cities." 

Mohn additionally said the "traitorous Biden regime" is looking to weaken the U.S. military while an "army of illegal immigrants" is infiltrating the U.S. border.
