Guatemalan migrant suspected of setting a sleeping NYC woman subway rider on fire is arrested

Police have arrested a Guatemalan migrant they say set a woman on fire who burned to death on a subway train in Brooklyn, New York, Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m.
Police say he was identified by a civilian as he rode on a train at 34th Street in Manhattan, according to the New York Post.
The witness waved down the police, according to the report. They later picked up the suspect and detained him, though they have not yet charged him with a crime.
Police say it happened at the Stillwell Avenue Subway station in Coney Island and that the woman was sleeping on a stationary train, according to Fox News.
Video posted online appears to show the woman engulfed by flames while standing in the train.
