Iowa's Caitlin Clark becomes leading scorer in NCAA women’s basketball

This surpasses basketball player Kelsey Plum's record of 3,527 points.

Iowa Hawkeyes basketball player Caitlin Clark on Thursday night set the NCAA women’s basketball scoring record, with a total of 3,528 points

Clark set the record when she hit a three-point shot against  Michigan State, according to The Athletic

This surpasses basketball player Kelsey Plum's record of 3,527 points.

According to Fox News, Clark may now try to smash the all-time NCAA points record for both men and women. 

As of now, she is currently in third place behind Antoine Davis with 3,664 points and Pete Maravich with 3,667 points.
