'Carrie' star Piper Laurie dies at age 91
She is most well known for her roles as Margaret White in the film "Carrie" and Sarah Packard in "The Hustler."
Three-time Oscar-nominated actress and "Carrie" star Piper Laurie died at age 91 on Saturday.
She passed away in Los Angeles, California. Her representative told The Hollywood Reporter that her health had not been good for a while.
Laurie won Oscar nominations 1990 and 1991.
She is most well known for her roles as Margaret White in the film "Carrie" and Sarah Packard in "The Hustler."
She was also in the Broadway show "The Glass Menagerie."
Laurie is survived by her daughter Anne Grace.
