“Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak's final show was taped on Friday and will air on June 7, according to reports.

Sajak announced last year that he would be exiting the show.

"Well, the time has come," Sajak wrote in a statement last June, according to Fox 29, "I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)."

The game show premiered in 1975 and Sajak started hosting along with Vanna White in 1982.

Sajak has been nominated for 23 Daytime Emmy Awards, winning three, and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Ryan Seacrest will be taking over as host of the show after Sajak leaves.
