A group of six spring breakers in Florida were reportedly greatly sickened this week after snorting cocaine laced with fentanyl, a dose so powerful that first responders administering resuscitation were also reportedly sickened by it.

The incident reportedly occurred in Wilton Manors, Fla., a community just north of Miami. The overdosed partiers were taken to the hospital; one remained in critical condition as of Friday.

Stephen Gollan, the assistant fire marshall of Fort Lauderdale, said two fire rescue personnel who administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation were also sickened by it.

The critical patient reportedly had to be intubated while in the hospital, according to media reports.
