A 6.4 magnitude earthquake shook Northern California early Tuesday morning, leaving more than 71,000 people without power in Humboldt County.
California has been hit with 43 earthquakes in the past 24 hours, with the most powerful one striking shortly after 2:30 a.m. PT, according to Earthquake Track.
Nearly two-thirds of Humboldt County is without power as of Tuesday morning, data from PowerOutage.us shows.
