Ken Blackwell: Trump has until Jan. 6 to fight election results in courts, state legislatures

Former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell says that the deadline for President Trump’s legal team is not December 14, but January 6, if a state sends two competing slates of electors to the Electoral College and they cannot resolve it, which would send it to Congress.
