Texas AG Ken Paxton: Biden's immigration policy 'only benefits the cartels'

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton speculates that because the Biden administration's border policies do not help illegal immigrants or Americans, their purpose might be to destabilize red states that are economically prospering by having illegal immigrants take away American jobs.
