Andrew Wheeler, former administrator for the EPA and the current chairman of the Center for the Environment at America First Policy Institute, discusses the Biden administration's climate change policy and environmental agenda.

He says they're similar to the Obama administration's because they "solely focused on climate change at the expense of everything else." Wheeler says the United States' biggest environmental problems now are "water" and "recycling," considering Americans are now recycling "less than 20 years ago."
