NY State Sen. Minority Leader: Gov. Cuomo 'needs to resign,' hasn't apologized
New York State Sen. Minority Leader Robert Ortt (R) says that Gov. Andrew Cuomo must resign following the COVID-19 nursing home scandal and sexual harassment allegations, and that the only apology he's made was to Democratic lawmakers for the political inconvenience he's caused them.
