Rep. Tenney: AG Merrick Garland putting politics above duty, allowing ‘far left’ to intimidate Supreme Court

Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) discusses delayed response by the Attorney General Merrick Garland to provide security for Supreme Court Justices and their family, saying that he is “backing away from this for political reasons,” in essence betraying his ‘solemn oath’ that he took to be neutral on these issues. Saying, that “people like Merrick Garland need to step down.”
