Retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg: Looking for Biden's foreign policy, but 'we can't find it'

Retired Army Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, former national security adviser to Vice President Pence, said that the Biden administration seems to only be focusing on COVID, but is "ignoring some issues out there hoping the American people don't pick up on them."
