Sen. Marsha Blackburn: Democrats are afraid of 2022 midterm elections

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) says that Democrats are trying to quickly pass H.R.1 and pack the Supreme Court so they can hold onto power because "they know they're going to lose the House and the Senate in 2022."
