Ken Blackwell: Democrats’ election bill aids goal of one-party system

Ken Blackwell, senior fellow at the Family Research Council and former Ohio Secretary of State, says the H.R. 1 bill that federalizes the presidential election would weaken the chain of custody and verification systems of the election, making it more vulnerable to irregularities and fraud, which would lead to America becoming a one-party country.
