Mike Pompeo: The Wuhan Institute of Virology is still functional?

Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State under President Trump, asked if the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which appears to be where COVID-19 originated, is still open: "This lab is still, to the best of my knowledge, functional, and probably performing this same kind of research."
