Russ Vought: Transgender legislation does not address women's sports, restrooms

Russ Vought, former Office of Management and Budget Director under the Trump administration, said that the H.R. 1440 bill will codify into the Civil Rights Act "that anyone who disagrees with the sexual progressive ideology is therefore a bigot" and discriminating against fellow citizens.
