Former President Trump is set to be interviewed in the next several weeks by a dozen writers penning books about his four years in the White House.

Some of them will be writing sequels to books they wrote about the Trump administration while Trump was in office. Among those set to interview are several reporters who covered his presidency and reelection campaign. They include  The New York Times' Jeremy Peters and Maggie Haberman, The Wall Street Journal's Michael Bender, The Washington Post's Philip Rucker and Carol Leonnig and ABC News Chief Washington correspondent Jon Karl.

Michael Wolff, author of "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" will also interview the former president, according to Politico.

Trump senior adviser Jason Miller and Trump spokesperson Margo Martin will monitor the interviews, which will take place over the course of the next six weeks.

"We are not discussing particulars of any individual book interviews that President Trump is giving, but it’s safe to say that he remains the hottest name in politics, and he’s the interview that everyone wants," Miller said. "We’re tracking nearly three dozen post-presidency books where he will be the star."

Trump taking part in so many books will likely keep his name in the political conversation with speculation of a run at the 2024 presidential election looming. However, there has seen so speculation about so many books resulting in overexposure, at least in book reading circles,

Last year, Bob Woodward of The Washington Post spoke to Trump for his best-selling book "Rage," which featured a conversation in the former president said he did not want to "to create a panic" regarding COVID-19 and thus downplayed the virus.
