Trump campaign unveils GOP convention program ahead of nomination

The Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee on Monday announced the program for the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisc.

Set to take place July 15-18, the convention will see the GOP formally nominate former President Donald Trump as its candidate in the 2024 presidential election.

"The 2024 Republican National Convention will undoubtedly continue to build the energy and momentum necessary to drive President Donald J. Trump to victory this fall," said RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump in a statement. "It’s no coincidence the Convention will lay out President Trump’s vision to restore America in Wisconsin – ground-zero on the road back to the White House.”

Each day of the convention will feature a different theme, all of which will be derivations of Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan. Monday's theme will be "Make America Wealthy Once Again" and largely address the economic agenda of a second Trump administration. Tuesday will be themed "Make America Safe Once Again" and focus on crime and border policies.

Wednesday's theme will be "Make America Strong Once Again" and address the nation's military and geopolitical influence on the world stage. The final day will be themed "Make America Great Once Again" and focus more broadly on Trump's vision to restore American prosperity.

Trump’s campaign to Make America Great Again, we’ve received an outpouring of support from everyday Americans who are ready to turn the page on the last four years of failure, disaster, and embarrassment at home and abroad," campaign Senior Advisors Susie Wiles & Chris LaCivita said in a press release. "The 2024 Republican National Convention will showcase President Trump’s vision to turn our country around and launch our America First movement to victory come November."
