President Donald Trump on Wednesday told reporters that he would consider a pardon for Michael Cohen, his former personal attorney who testified against him in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's 2024 criminal case.

Cohen has since recanted his testimony and asserted that he was pressured to make false statements.

"What they put him through is incredible if you want to know the truth. Nobody has asked me about a pardon," Trump told reporters. “If everything is checking out it’s something I would consider, yeah.”

Trump recently participated in an interview with Cohen, who now hosts a radio show.
