Former key Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon made a dramatic return to his prominent podcast, War Room, on Tuesday after being released from federal prison earlier this morning.

He urged his listeners to vote and said even though the polls may show Trump with a slight advantage, it would all depend on turn out.

“It is flat out get out the vote,” Bannon said.

Rather than silence him, he said his prison term restored him.

“The four months in federal prison… empowered me!” He said.

He was serving a 120 day sentence after being convicted for failing to respond to two congressional subpoenas from the Jan. 6 Select Committee during its 2022 investigation.

Bannon, who went from a key architect of the Make America Great Again movement to an official campaign advisor to a popular podcast host, has been a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump but also a divisive and controversial figure.

Recently, Trump has also made Bannon a symbol for his claims that Democrats are weaponizing the federal government against conservatives.
