Popular rapper and singer Lizzo joins Harris at rally in Michigan
Both Trump and Harris have had celebrities make appearances at their rallies.
Popular singer and rapper known as Lizzo joined Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris at a campaign rally in Michigan on Saturday.
"You deserve to have a president who understands that their job is to be a public servant," Lizzo said at the rally in Detroit. "And Kamala Harris has dedicated her entire career to public service.
She encouraged rally goers in Detroit to vote early, calling it a power move. Early voting in Michigan starts next weekend.
A recent poll from The Hill /Decision Desk shows former President Donald Trump is slightly leading Harris in Michigan 48.6% to 48.2%.
Both Trump and Harris have had celebrities make appearances at their rallies.
Recently Trump had boxing legend Tommy Hearns at his rally in Detroit where he brought him on stage.
