Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential campaign is reportedly running out of cash, having spent more than it raised in July.

Reports filed with the Federal Election Commission on Monday show the independent candidate has $3.9 million in the bank with nearly $3.5 million in debt.

Kennedy, who has cut back on events, spent more than $7 million in July. He raised $5.6 million, half of which came from his running mate, Nicole Shanahan, according to Politico.

He reportedly has not held a campaign event since July 9.
