4 out of 10 American voters say that 2023 was a good year for them on a personal level: poll
The survey also found that 53% of those polled said that 2023 was not a good year for them.
According to a recent poll conducted by Fox News, about 39% of American voters said that despite foreign policy conflicts and the economy, 2023 was a good year for them personally.
The survey, which was released Friday, found that four out of 10 American voters said that 2023 was a good year for them personally, while just two out of 10 said it was a good year for the country.
The survey showed that 53% of those polled said that 2023 was not a good year for them.
However, the percentage of voters who said that 2023 was a good year is slightly higher than 2022, when the same survey showed that 37% of those polled said it was a good year.
Voters have swayed more negative than positive about the country every year since the question was first asked back in 2018.
The poll was conducted Dec. 10-13 and surveyed 1,007 registered voters. The margin sampling error was +/- three percent.
