A Texas prosecutor indicted an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent this week over his involvement in a crash that injured a man.

Harris County prosecutors charged ICE agent Mario Alberto Morales on charges of second-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Fox 26 reported.

The Oct. 10 incident saw Morales and other agents pursue a truck with two men that proceeded to drive in the wrong direction on the highway. The occupants then fled on foot, with one escaping and the other being hit by an ICE vehicle.

Miguel Parra Hernandez sustained a broken leg in the incident.
