After a blowout victory in the Iowa Caucus on Monday evening, former President Donald Trump appears poised to notch another win in the Republican primary when voters in New Hampshire head to the polls next week, a recent poll suggests.

Trump claimed 50% support in Boston Globe/Suffolk University/NBC-10 Boston daily tracking survey of likely primary voters released Wednesday. Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley trailed with 34%, while Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis took 5% support.

Trump's victory in Iowa prompted both former Arkansas GOP Gov. Asa Hutchinson and tech mogul Vivek Ramaswamy to drop out of the race. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who commanded double digit support in the Granite State according to some polls, dropped out earlier this month.

With the primary slated for Tuesday, Haley and DeSantis have little time to consolidate support and potentially pull off an upset, though survey respondents indicated they are likely to struggle in doing so. Roughly 87% said they were either "not at all likely" or "not very likely" to change their minds in the days remaining.

Multiple polls have shown Haley gaining support in recent weeks, though she still trails Trump in New Hampshire by an average 13.2%, according to RealClearPolitics. At the national level, Trump enjoys an overwhelming 50.3% lead. Notably, the RCP average still includes several surveys listing Christie, Ramaswamy, and Hutchinson as candidates.

The Boston Globe/Suffolk, NBC-10 survey questioned 500 likely voters and consists of a two-day rolling average with a margin of error of +/- 4.4%.
