President Donald Trump on Tuesday jokingly boasted of his "one minute" workout routine during a ceremony in which he restored the Presidential Fitness Test award.

"I work out so much. Like, about one minute a day, max. If I'm lucky," Trump said during the event.

Also in attendance was Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is well-known for his regular workout routines and fitness videos.

Trump was the oldest president inaugurated in 2017, a record President Joe Biden claimed in 2021, but which Trump recovered in 2025. At 79, however, Trump is not the oldest to hold office as Biden left the post at 82.

The president's health has, for years, been a subject of scrutiny and speculation, though he has not disclosed any major health concerns.
