You Vote: Do you think the new Title IX rule will be overturned?

As of press time, two states – Louisiana and Texas – have announced lawsuits against the federal government over new Title IX rule that protect gender identity from discrimination.  Critics of the rule argue that it undermines the original purpose of Title IX by removing protections for biological women.
