The senators, who are members of the Arizona Freedom Caucus, were two of 18 people indicted in the 2020 elector case.
Trump said last week that he expects to be indicted in Willis' probe.
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino said the defendants "allegedly plotted to harass and interfere with an individual who criticized the actions of the People’s Republic of China while exercising their constitutionally protected free speech rights within the United States of America."
Trump announced the indictment earlier this week on TRUTH Social, calling it a "dark day" in American history.
