China ‘stuffing ballot boxes’ due to mass mailing of ballots in November election

Republican Georgia Rep. Rick Allen told Just the News that the automatic mailing of ballots without a formal request first in some states could open the door to foreign governments or illegal immigrants voting in the November election.
