Former Chief of Staff Miles Taylor at the Department of Homeland Security issued a statement on Wednesday in which he identified himself as the author of the anonymous 2018 New York Times op-ed which said that there was a "resistance" in President Trump's administration. Back in August, when questioned, Taylor denied being the anonymous writer of the op-ed.
