Governor Kemp: Georgia will be a Sanctuary state for people of Faith

Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia (R) on new bill to reduce power of governor when it comes to cracking down on churches during a crisis: "My goal is for us to be a sanctuary state, if you will, for people of faith."
