Governor Kristi Noem discusses the recent controversy over wanting changes to the transgender athletes/female sports bill in South Dakota. Conservative groups say she should have signed the bill right away with no hesitation. In an interview with David Brody, Governor Noem pushed back and says, "quit attacking me...work with me...and actually win this issue."
