Hurricane Laura now a Category 4, to hit Louisiana-Texas border Thursday morning

Hurricane Laura intensified Wednesday afternoon and is now a Category 4 hurricane, moving toward the Gulf Coast shoreline with landfall projected for Thursday morning.
